Hire Terms & Conditions

  1. It is the responsibility of the hirer to verify that the dates, times and addresses are correct on the booking confirmation.
  2. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been paid. Pay Now
  3. Deposits are non-refundable.
  4. The balance/total payment is payable 28 days prior to the hire date. Cancellation within 28 days of the hire date will incur the full cost.
  5. Our vehicles are maintained to the highest standards, but if there should be a breakdown or if the vehicle is involved in an accident, we reserve the right to send an alternative vehicle, after consultation with the hirer.
  6. All wedding hires are on the understanding that this is for a period of three hours, unless previously arranged. We reserve the right to charge an additional cost of £60.00 per hour, or part thereof, for any excess time.
    Our price quoted is for one trip from the pick up address to the church/venue. Any additional journey/s from the pick up address will incur an extra charge of £20.00. Any extra stops, if not previously agreed, for photographs etc. will incur an extra charge of £20.00.
  7. No smoking is permitted in our vehicles.
