Terms & Conditions of Hire

1. It is the responsibility of the hirer to verify that the dates, times and addresses are correct on the booking confirmation.
   
   
2. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been paid
   
   
3. Deposits are non-refundable.
   
   
4. The balance/total payment is payable 28 days prior to the hire date. Cancellation within 28 days of the hire date will incur the full cost.
   
   
5. Our vehicles are maintained to the highest standards, but if there should be a breakdown or if the vehicle is involved in an accident, we reserve the right to send an alternative vehicle, after consultation with the hirer.
   
   
6. All wedding hires are on the understanding that this is for a period of three hours, unless previously arranged. We reserve the right to charge an additional cost of £40.00/hour, or part thereof, for any excess time.
   
   
7. No smoking is permitted in our vehicles.
